The following terms of partnership are established between JVC Club (The Club) and the Business (as indicated in the Business Partner Details section):

1. Incentives for Club Members:
   • The Business agrees to offer exclusive discounts, special offers, or incentives to members of the Club as specified within the Business Partner Details Section below.
   • JVC Club members will present their member portal page to the Business to avail of the discounts, incentives and/or other offers. And at its discretion, the Business, may require JVC Club members to provide valid identification.
2. Promotional Opportunities
   • The Club agrees to actively promote the Business to its members, including the general public, through various channels, including but not limited to the Club’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, and events.
   • The Club commits to promptly informing the business about any promotional activities or events where their participation is requested.
   • Both parties agree that the Club may share photos, videos and associated links from the Business’s website and social media accounts.
3. Duration of partnership
   • This partnership shall commence upon mutual acceptance by both parties and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.
   • Termination will require written notice, with a minimum notice period of five (5) working days.
   • Upon termination, both parties shall fulfill any outstanding obligations, and the Business shall honor any discounts or offers extended to Club members prior to the effective date of termination.
4. Changes and Amendments:
   • Both parties agree to promptly notify each other of any changes in business name, location, contact details, or incentives provided to Club members. Notification shall be communicated via email or SMS within five (5) business days of the change.
5. Acceptance:
   • Both parties agree that this partnership commences on the date this form is submitted by the Business.
